Better Sleep with Breathe Right Strips

Anybody who suffers from allergies knows what a miserable experience an allergy attack can be. Each morning I wake up and sneeze about 10 times, my eyes burn, and my nose runs non-stop. My allergies start every year in late April or early May and hit me again in the fall. For many years I didn’t do anything figuring I could just deal with it. As I get older though they seem to get worse so I finally went to my doctor and got a prescription. I use Allegra and it seems to work pretty well but they still interfere with my sleep on occasion because of my stuffy nose.

Based on a recommendation from my brother I recently started wearing Breathe Right Strips to help with my breathing and get some uninterrupted sleep. My brother has had some epic battles with allergies over the years so if they work for him they most certainly will work for me. I typically wear them at night on the occasions when my allergies are really unbearable. I will wear them during the day if necessary and I don’t care if people do a double-take because I’m wearing what appears to be a band-aid on my nose. The Breathe Right Strips really help and I seem to be able to sleep better.

Breathe Right Strips come in two sizes: Small/Medium and Large and two colors: clear and tan. The tan Strips stick much better than the clear Strips; this is important if you intend to wear them for an extended period – say overnight. The Strips also come in a mentholated variety to help with cold and flu treatment.

The only problems I have with the Strips occur when I wear them for several nights in a row. The tan colored Strips STICK REALLY WELL to your nose and after a few nights of wearing them the skin on the bridge of my nose starts to become slightly irritated forcing me to take a night or two off.

I feel they work really well and at about $5.00 for a box of 12 I think it’s a bargain for a good night’s sleep. If you don’t mind looking like a boxer on the losing end of a 12-round decision you just might be able to breathe right again.
