Larry David Is Bad For My Health
I am currently watching season 2 of Curb Your Enthusiasm on DVD. I have been a devout Seinfeld fan over the years and I would even call myself a casual, if not hesitant, Larry David fan. I say hesitant because when I watch Larry in action I quickly feel the onset of a tension headache and my heart rate quickens. Watching Larry David is like watching a car wreck in progress. It is the same sick perversion and morbid curiosity that makes people slow down when passing an accident. Every episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm uses the same recipe of anxiety, embarrassment, and uneasiness that makes for grimacing, yet entertaining television. I can only stomach about one episode a day but I love it just the same.
I recommend you consult with your physician before beginning any Larry David viewing regimen.
