7 Foods For Great Looking SkinYou are what you eat. Or so they say. Therefore, your skin is what you eat. If you want great looking skin that also feels good, try these 7 foods.

Green Tea: It’s one of the best drinks for skin-health.  It will boost your metabolism and is well known to have anti-inflammatory properties and may even reduce the risk of certain cancers. Plus, there’s nothing like a cup of good tea.

Berries: Whether it’s blackberries, blueberries or strawberries, nature has packed them full of  antioxidants. Your skin and your mouth will thank you.

Oils: Especially the good ones. These will be labeled cold pressed, expeller processed, or extra virgin. These oils keep skin smooth and lubricated and much healthier.
Sunflower seeds: They don’t just grow pretty flowers. These seeds boast vitamin E and slow down the aging of skin cells.

Salmon, Flax seed and walnuts: This trio is all about essential fatty acids. They help nutrients in and out of your cells as well as waste. They will help your skin cells hold their moisture.

Mangoes: Mangoes have more than 80% of your daily requirements for vitamin A, which maintains and repairs skin cells. A deficiency usually results in a dry flaky complexion. Vitamin A also fights free radical damage that can prematurely age the skin.

Oysters: Oysters fight acne because they’re rich in zinc. Zinc affects sebum production, a deficiency that may contribute to acne.

Carrots: They are loaded with vitamin A, which helps balance the pH of your skin. They are just acidic enough to fend off harmful bacteria.

Bonus: They’re all tasty.
