If you have diabetes, you can still snack without messing up your blood sugar. Snacks should be a combination of fat, protein, and carbohydrates. And they should consist of 15 to 30 grams of carbohydrates and 100 to 200 calories (depending on your meal plan, medication etc). Here are five that diabetes educators typically agree on.
