Sure you would rather not eat fast food on your diet, but sometimes it’s the only option. So if you are going to do it, you may as well do it right. Fast food may be evil, but at least they try. McDonald’s sliced apples or Burger King’s veggie burgers are at least better than a hamburger. Try these tips.
Drink water with your meal. Skip the soda.
Always order small. This helps reduce unneeded calories and fat.
Forget the extras. You know, get it without cheese etc.
Don’t feel guilty about it.
