		<description>I am a vegetarian so i prefer nonfat yogurt with blueberries, apple, mangoes and also bran flakes with skimmed milk in the breakfast. I have experienced as well that having around 400 calories breakfast would keep me until lunch time and would never need a snack.</description>

		<description>I hate cereal for breakfast.  Every morning I make an egg white omelet or scrambled eggs.  I try to have fresh fruit if I can.  

Just this morning I cut up a cantaloupe and fried some bacon.  Nothing beats bacon.

However, I&#039;m not big on &quot;carby&quot; breakfast like biscuits and gravy or sweet rolls, etc.

I notice when I eat a big breakfast I feel full all day.</description>
