A healthy body takes in healthy food. It means you need to stay away from processed foods and consume natural or organic foods as much as possible. They are good and friendly to the body. They are void of any chemical preservatives and are processed naturally.

Beets have been known to protect the liver from viruses, toxins, and other harmful substances. Recently though, research shows that juicing beets more than just cleanse the liver. It is also found to boost energy. This may be due to its ability to improve blood flow. Moreover, beet juice also helps the body respond better to exercise because it improves oxygen use and increases stamina.
To make a beet juice, you will need 1 small beet, 2 carrots, 2 apples, and 1 handful of kale. Use a juicer (if you use a blender add a little water) to mix all ingredients. You can drink it immediately after juicing or refrigerate for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Sea veggies have the wonder combination of iron and vitamin C. They are also a source of protein, iodine, vanadium and other essential minerals the body needs. For the health conscious, sea vegetables help regulate carbohydrate metabolism and blood sugar and lower cholesterol. Furthermore, they can aid in pain reduction and reduce inflammation.
For a sample sea veggie juice, use 1 tablespoon of chlorella with 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Mix them all in a blender and then give it a whirl. Drink and enjoy.
Broccoli sprout contains loads of vitamins and minerals. It has fiber, vitamin C, and calcium. Because it is a source of antioxidants it helps treat and prevent diseases like ulcer and the dreaded prostate and breast cancers. It also stimulates and strengthens the immune system.
To make a liter of broccoli sprout juice, you will need 4 cups of broccoli sprouts, 4 celery stalks, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve.
People are now aware and have started investing more on their health. Even those who are suffering from anxiety and stress have gotten rid of some of their medications and are trying vegetable juices as supplements instead (with the guidance of their physicians). Those who have been doing this for a long time have noted better digestion, glowing skin, improved mood, higher energy, and more.
Dr. Oz recommends 7 days to 6 weeks or more of cleansing. The length of the cleanse depends on your need of course. You can try it on your own by doing your own research, but to be safe and for proper guidance, you should talk to a dietician or nutritionist.
