		<description>I managed to loose 10 kilograms (cca 22 pounds) in 4 weeks and am back at my ideal weight and importantly have maintained that now for 5 months.

Secret - no secret. Tw big glasses of water before meals means I was too full to eat everything I had served up and during between meals if I felt hungry I drank water. I taught my body to differentiate between the hunger reflex and the thirst reflex.

Now instead of hunger between meals I recognise thirst and I only drink one glass before meals...

We have forgotten how to distinguish thirst from hunger and watch all the naturally slim people around us. They drink loads of water. Loads of other positive spin offs, Cholesterol is back in control, so is blood sugar etc. Feel very good too.</description>
