Eat Your Potato Chips Au Naturel
Terra has introduced some interesting varieties of potato and vegetable chips into the natural snacks market over the years. I recently bought a bag of the new Au Naturel kettle cooked chips in a moment of weakness at the store.
The Au Naturel line of chips are kettle cooked and unsalted. I know this may seem like blasphemy to the potato chip enthusiasts out there but they are surprisingly good. With 90% less sodium than regular potato chips, these chips are a great option for those on a sodium restricted diet or for anyone trying to limit sodium intake.
