FDA: Mercury in dental fillings not riskyThe government declared today that silver dental fillings contain too little mercury to harm the millions who’ve had cavities filled with them, including young children and that only people allergic to mercury need to avoid these fillings.

How can we even trust them. I mean this is the FDA we are talking about. The same organization that many harmful medical drugs remain on shelves despite deaths and horrible side effects. And they have been doing a bang up job with our food. Turn on the news during almost any day and you’ll hear about the latest contaminated food. And that’s not counting the harmful food additives that they intentionally ignore.

Just last year the FDA settled a lawsuit with anti-mercury activists by posting on its website a precaution saying questions remained about whether the small amount of mercury vapor the fillings can release were enough to harm the developing brains of fetuses or the very young. So why the turn-around? Did a mercury group pressure them. Or the dentists?

Mercury is bad in any amount. The FDA has been a joke for many many years. If you have done any amount of food and drug research you realize quickly what a sham they are.
