Talk about a boring job. Being a drug dispenser behind a counter can make for a long day. Sorting pills is tedious. And at the same time human error can be deadly. But robots will gladly do the job. And they won’t get bored or complain.

The engineers at Panasonic have promised that personal-drug dispensing robots will be in Japanese hospitals and pharmacies very soon. We will likely see them here soon after. Then you’ll be getting your drugs from a robot.
