The benefits of cinnamonCinnamon sure tastes nice, but this common spice does a lot more than satisfy our taste buds. According to a Wheeling Jesuit study, people who chewed cinnamon gum did better on memory tests than those who chewed on other flavors or didn’t chew gum at all.

It’s great for your throat as well as a scratchy cough. Just down a cinnamon-infused drink or soak cinnamon sticks in cold water for several hours, then sip. It coats and soothes the throat.

Cinnamon will help you lose weight too. It regulates swings in blood sugar and cuts hunger spikes.

It’s a wonder spice. It does a whole lot more too. Keep some in your kitchen at all times.
