The Google 15If you are looking for some additional help on your quest to lose some weight you may want to check out The Google 15 add-in for your Google personalized homepage.

The Google 15 aids you in your weight loss campaign by calculating a moving average from your daily weight. You use The Google 15 by weighing yourself every day and logging this value into The Google 15. The results of your weight loss (or gain) are shown in a graph that gives you a rolling average of your weight loss alongside your daily scale weight and a goal weight that you set.

The Google 15 add-in is named after the dreaded “Freshman 15″ that many college students gain during their first year of college. It is also named in honor of the fifteen pounds that new Google employees supposedly gain in their first year of employment at Google from the ever-present free food.

This add-in requires that you use the Google personalized home page. Just click the “Add to Google” button below and The Google 15 will be added to your Google homepage.
